First of all, babies are not in the part of the anatomy called the stomach. Food is in the stomach. If a woman has a miscarriage because of blunt trauma to the abdomen, the fetus is part of her, not a separate being. Since she did not die (presumably) the perpetrator is not a "murderer". Nevertheless, it's an argument which never will be resolved.
By the way, I've always wanted to ask people who have the viewpoint you do this question: If all the pregnancies in the world resulted in live births to mothers who do not want to care for these offspring, will you take responsibility of raising these children until full-grown? Hmm? I didn't think so. I don't want to, either!
